Text for a pic is below the pic. Click on a pic to see a much larger pic. Pics are sequenced from bottom to top.

After we left the Wool Growers Inn, Don ran me over to the San Joaquin Nat Cem, I had a PGR mission the next day, and I appreciated the schooling.

BTW, I don't know if a ride has ever been cancelled over wind, but Sunday was a close one!!! The wind was just howling!!! We were getting blown all over the road. The weather wasn't bad, it was just coming at us too &!$%!(#&%!&( fast!!!

Parts of Panoche Rd were best described as a series of patches, that needed patches. I did mention to the group, I like you guys, if you ever saw a straight line on a map, you'd cross it out!!! GBG

Happy Wanderer ran this road last week and came back for a revisit. He did comment
that the rain we had had helped the road by cleaning it up a lot.

Food gone and dog gone good!!! Bottle of wine was 1/2 gone and so was I!!! Great ride, meal and folks!!!

We have arrived!!!! At Wool Growers Inn This is where lars discovered he had a broken support bracket on his pipes, he was chirping!!! GBG

A project bike for those who are up to it!!

Money growing everywhere!!!

Don bellying up to the bar trying to find out how that money grows!!!

And finally, Inn at Panoche!!!!

The next pics are a panorama of the area in front of Panoche Inn. Starting with duelling cameras.

A different view of the bikes / folks. That tree off to the left took a great big hit, we'd just rode a few rough miles after having coffee in Hollister!!! Bunch of old timers, need breaks often!! And Don was glad the ride leader was a smoker too!!!

Our first stop out in the middle of nowhere, and there was a lot of it!!!

So Don wanted to run amok in South Bay!!! Off he takes us to Panoche Rd. We started in Hollister at the 76 station. We had 6 bikes show up and all were set for a run thru some great country!! I'm NOT gonna try to name names!!! Don did a good job on his blog...
